PAMPER PICK POSE provide a service to our clients to prepare and organise parties for a pre-arranged amount of guests at the client’s home or where required at other suitable venues.

CANCELLATIONS

Should Pamper Pick Pose have to cancel any bookings due to unforeseen circumstances,
a full refund of any monies paid will be given and we will endeavour to satisfy the clients requirements wherever possible. Should clients wish to cancel a party, or the number of children change, 24 hours notice is required or the pre-arranged amount will be due.

CONDITIONS

Parents or guardians will need to complete a parent/guardian consent form for each child attending a party, which must be returned prior to or on the day of  the party. All personal information will be held on file for sole use of Pamper Pick Pose parties and will not be disclosed to any third parties. Pamper Pick Pose reserve the right to refuse treatments to any child whose parent/ guardian has not signed the aforementioned consent form.

LIABILITY

Pamper Pick Pose, As its owner and employees assume no responsibility or liability for accidents, allergies related to food items. clothing, or make up, injuries to any party guest, or property damage done before, during or after the party. I will attempt to use products that are considered safe for children however, I can not guarantee that there will not be an allergic reaction to products being used.
